Our aim is to help all active elements students, employers and academics to come together and recognise individual assets that combined would create a smarter workforce in the South West and across the UK. Available now for a limited period, our programme aims to provide smaller businesses with an injection of fresh new talent not always accessible by firms with limited resources. This collaborative partnership between Santander and Plymouth University, will part- fund a basic salary for the graduate intern at a time when graduate unemployment and underemployment is of concern. Key facts: Internship duration: minimum of 12 weeks. Payment to the graduate intern via the employer: minimum wage expected, proposing 贈250-贈300 per week. Eligible businesses will be provided with 贈1500 towards the graduate interns salary (paid in two half payments; one shortly after the start of employment and the second after 6 weeks).
