Simon Sasaki created a proof of concept for an iPad app using Cloud Firestore to store international content that could be accessed offline. The app was designed to collect user analytics. Cloud Firestore allowed for separating content and app updates while enabling offline capabilities. Sasaki outlined plans to design the data structure and expand the app to Android.
