The Transformation Society is a research and training institute founded by Ray Gallon and Neus Lorenzo. The focus of the institute is to do research that can be applied to training and coaching for educators, corporate executives, and other society leaders in how to adapt, as people, and as organisations, to a world that is changing ever more rapidly, and that presents more uncertainty than we have ever known in human history. The institute has a humanist orientation, a problem-足solving ethos, and encourages collaborative projects throughout the world.
