PolFilm is the largest producer of BOPP (bi-axially oriented polypropylene) films in Iran, with a production capacity of 60,000 tons per year. It merged with AtlasFilm in 2011. PolFilm produces over 30 products from transparent to metalized films in thicknesses from 10 to 80 microns. PolFilm aims to increase customer satisfaction through developing environmentally friendly and high quality products that meet standards such as ISO, ECC, and FDA. Its products are used for packaging foods, textiles, bottles, and labels.

- 2. Who we are PolFilm is the first producer of Bi-Axially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) Films in Iran. In 2005, following the increase of market demand company commissioned its second production line with 18,000 MT capacity. In 2011 AtlasFilm merge with PolFilm (with 24,000 MT BOPP film capacity) and become the biggest BOPP film producer in Iran.

How we do it We adopted the following values as our DNA to reach : To increase the customer satisfaction by developing and producing environment friendly in compliance with customer demands and expectations To improve its own standards by implementing national and international standards, laws, guiding principles of Responsible Care Also : TS OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System ISO 9001 Quality Management System ISO 14001 Environmental Management System ECC and FDA food standards.
- 5. What we do DescriptionProducts Heat sealable transparent, general purpose packaging film for using on HFFS and VFFS machines. It can be used as single ply or as lamination substrate to itself and to other films. Coextruded Transparent none sealable BOPP film for textile packaging , lamination film for carton and paper , flower packaging . Plain Metalized BOPP film for snacks, chips, biscuits, ice-cream, coffee packaging where the barrier properties are most important. And it can laminated with BOPP, PET and other substrates. It can be order both heat sealable and cold sealable Metalized
- 6. What we do DescriptionProducts General purpose, white opaque cavitated film for ice-cream, wafers, snacks, biscuits packaging application wherever Pearlized effect is required. White color of this film saves white base color print. It can be order both heat sealable and cold sealable . Pearlized Specifically developed for single ply roll-fed bottle labels .White, opaque or Transparent BOPP film both are available. Bottle Label High yield BOPP film for in-mold labels (IML) and Cut & Stack application, Ideal film for sheet-fed and roll fed printing. IML High yield BOPP film for self-adhesive labeling, suitable for gravure, flexo, offset . This film can be used for other kind of applications such as cut & stack as well. Self Adhesive Label
