This document discusses sub-retinal pigment epithelium hemorrhages (sub-RPE hemorrhages), which are dome-like elevations of the retinal pigment epithelium seen in the right eye. Multifocal polyps were also seen in the right eye. No abnormalities were seen in the left eye initially, but a follow up exam 4 weeks later noted changes in the right eye.
