In the first week of 7th grade, the author did not have many close friends in their class and felt ashamed. Over the next few weeks, the author began making new friends and adjusting to their new class sections. They realized the importance of developing friendships at their new school.

FIRST DAY HIGH In grade 7 I was ashamed because only few friends and those others or not my clode friends and when called those names to find those sections was glad I was because I have a classmate in grade 6. 1st . week of June I have many met and became friends but I also on 2nd .week of June who switch to one of the section and moved there I realized once again that I do not have friend there and they do not know and in the 3rd .week as I have been friend now.
