- 12. Multimedia Interactive Model MIM is intended for commercial and corporate use, adding value to your project and prestige to your company. In order to facilitate comprehension of the building by the final user, MIM integrates various audiovisual elements, including a video that uses images and documents provided by the client. This will help the user explore the building and discover the location, services, amenities, construction quality, neighborhood and views, etc in sum, all the added values of the building as defined by the owner. The MIM is composed of the realistic model that highlight the architectural design and quality of the buildings. It is supported by an interface that incorporates a touch screen and audiovisual elements to aid users in the navigation through the building. Thanks to the technology developed by ENCAIX Models Lab, the multimedia software is synchronized with the lighting kit of the model allowing complete synergy between the different MIM elements.
- 13. Multimedia Interactive Model BET (Barcelona Economic Triangle) This project is developed for the Catalonian Government. It is a model designed to communicate thye most important economic belong to the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona. In this project we worked with a physical scale model, which incorporate a software developed by Encaix. Thanks to this application, the componenets of light that integrates the model, as well as additional audiovisual conent can be synchronized and be directed by the user through a touchscreen. It is an element which shows a lot of help information of large areas or information that with a scale model only you can not explain. - 15. Multimedia Interactive Model PANAMA Scale model to represents the country of the Republic of Panama, developed in 2009. del pa鱈s de la Rep炭blica de Panam, desenvolupat lany 2009. It includes a scale model of the whole country, with a screen on the surface of the model, and a touch screen that allows you to browse content and interact with the virtual model elements through lighting. This project was ordered by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Panama for the purpose to communicate and engage educational infrastructure of the country. - 17. Multimedia Interactive Model SKYSCRAPER IN PANAMA CITY Project of 92 residential storey building in Costa del Este Panama. The scale model was developed in 2007. It includes a scale model with a touch screen that allows you to browse content and interact with virtual elements and lighting. In this case the scale model is accompanied by a set of outdoor lights, which generate simulated scenes of Day and Night and gives more visual dynamism. As it differs a join of fragance thas was coordinated with the navigation meny, so depending on the project areas visited, the device built out fragances referring as freshly cut grass, etc.. MIM Model Interactiu Multim竪dia GRATACELS A NOVA YORK Projecte dedifici residencial a Manhattan, NYC, desenvolupat lany 2006 Incorpora una maqueta a escala, acompanyada duna pantalla tctil que permet navegar pels continguts virtuals i interactuar amb la maqueta a trav辿s delements dil揃luminaci坦. Per enfatitzar algunes rees i al mateix temps generar inter竪s, es va incorporar un calaix a la base del model a escala, en el que es reprodu鱈en les rees a destacar a una escala inferior. El calaix sobre automaticament en el moment en que lusuari sel揃lecciona aquesta zona en el men炭 de navegaci坦.
