As designers, they take their jobs seriously by understanding user needs and blending them with client proposals to design emotionally and physically usable products. They offer services like automotive, graphic, product, and prototyping design and have clients like Maruti Suzuki, Pepsi, and LG. Their team puts themselves in users' shoes to comprehend environments and needs within a given context.
This document summarizes the cell cycle and cell division. It explains that the cell cycle includes interphase, where the cell grows and DNA is replicated, and cell division which includes mitosis of the nucleus and cytokinesis of the cytoplasm. Mitosis produces two identical daughter cells through the stages of prophase, metaphase, anaphase and telophase. Meiosis reduces the chromosome number by half and produces gametes like sperm and egg cells through two cell divisions. Fertilization restores the full chromosome number in the zygote.

This document discusses the global financial crisis that began in 2007. It describes how the crisis was triggered by a liquidity shortfall in the US banking system that resulted in collapsed financial institutions. The crisis contributed to business failures, declines in wealth, government financial commitments, and reduced economic activity worldwide. Housing markets also suffered with increased foreclosures. The crisis is considered the worst since the Great Depression. Multiple causes have been proposed and governments have implemented regulatory and monetary policies to stimulate economies and stabilize financial markets.

¡°Design is a potent strategy tool that companies can use to gain a sustainable competetive advantage. Yet most companies neglect design as a strategy tool¡± writes Phillip Kotler. This presentation gives an introduction to what design is and what the some of the business benefits are. It also introduces the Norwegian Design Council, our history and what we do.
Originally created for students who visit the design council in Oslo.
In Agile Route we believe that projects are journeys, not destinations. Even very well charted paths can spring surprises when they are actually traversed. Our experience has shown us that adapting is the best way to actually get somewhere, finding shortcuts, preventing blockages and sometimes taking an unexpected detour that leads us into an even better place than the one we envisioned from the beginning.
At Techstartupday 2013 we gave a workshop on the importance of digital product design for startups and digital product managers. Together with Ontoforce we presented a behind the scene case study about the process of designing and building the Disqover platform.

This document outlines the design process of a company called OGO. They start by analyzing a client's idea to uncover the core pattern and story. Designers create wireframes and prototypes to plan the user experience and interface. Visual designers then bring the idea to life using tools like Adobe Suite to create websites, apps, and other design assets. Finally, the design is tested and polished to ensure pixel perfection in the final product. The goal is to take an undefined idea and transform it into a profitable story through collaboration between designer and client.

Wendy Castleman presented on how Intuit shifted its focus from ease of use to designing for delight. In 2007, Intuit focused on solid products and ease of use. Researchers conducted user studies but changes were not always made based on findings. By 2009, Intuit created Innovation Catalysts to apply design for delight principles across the company. It grew the Catalyst team and used tools like journey mapping and prototyping to influence others. By 2013, design for delight was becoming part of Intuit's culture, and the company was innovating with new platforms, mobile apps, and offerings to profoundly delight customers.

Service Design vs Experience Design: Chicken & Egg or Wild GooseBen Melbourne
?
Experience design (XD) focuses on the quality of the user experience and culturally relevant solutions, with less emphasis on functionality. Service design plans and organizes all aspects of a service to improve quality and the customer experience. Some argue that service designers can only set the stage for customer experiences but cannot design the experience itself. There is a blurring distinction between products and services as products become more connected, and the role of a user experience designer in service design is an emerging area.
