PERSONAL WORK PROPOSED ABATTOIR 2015
STATEMENTOF THEPROBLEM
Abattoirs across Nigeria are in horrible, distasteful
conditions.
Open places are used, infested tables and faulty scales
for measuring meat.
Meat is conveyed with dirty wheelbarrows and rickety
vehicles constituting health hazards.
The quality of meat consumed is inimical to our health.
Passenger vehicles and motorcycle transportation of
meat exposes it to pathogens like listeria and
salmonella.
The food and agriculture organization of the united
nations says Nigeria has not met the minimum animal
protein intake per person.
SOLUTION
Construction of a modern abattoir
Provision of sanitary facilities
Sanitary transportation of meat
Production storage and disposal or removal of offensive
waste
The abattoir will provide employment
CONCEPT
all animals have a heart
we need to care for the animals to get the
best meat
the heart has four chambers
the abattoir has four main sections
administration, slaughter area, holding
pens and accommodation
courtyard scheme for proper lighting
and ventilation

CONCEPT
In a wave the energy of a vibration is moving away from the source
in the form of a disturbance within the surrounding medium.
Waves are unique and depend on their source in a similarity to
the flexible way to proffer solution to the magnitude of shelter
