choose lotus to be our symbol that expresses our inspirations and desires: we want

3. MISSION STATEMENT
1. Who are we?
Lotus - one of the best vegetarian restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City -
with great founders from Class 12BSM2 delivers best quality food in an
efficient manner. Our management team will create a close relationship
between our customers and employees.

With the senior chef and professional staffs, we are committed to
serve a variety of vegetarian food to exceed our customers expectations in
great food, and fast, friendly service and healthy and exciting eating

4. CODE OF ETHICS
1. Food:
We ensures to use the ingredients with the highest standards of
quality, freshness from approved food processing plants and combine both
modern creative and traditional style of cooking to serve customer healthy
and nutritional food.
2. Customers
Customers stand on a head of our restaurant. We provide not only
professional service but also friendly environment and behave equally with
all our customer all race, religion, and sex or national origin.
3. Employees
We treat all employees fairly with respect and always improve
knowledge, education experience and motivation for all employees in order
to do their duties with higher standards. We also give employee equal
opportunities to carry out their duties, and the most importance is guarantee
health and safety on the job.
4. Community
In every year, we use 5 percent of profit to do charity for orphan home or
pagoda and hospital that houses orphans and homeless elderly people.
Moreover, we are willing to help the one who would to work for our
restaurant.
5. Natural Environment
We use recycled or recyclable to-go containers to avoid the Styrofoam
containers in favor of cardboard containers, which can be recycled or will
biodegrade, and motion-activated lighting, dual-flush toilets, energy-efficient
hand dryers instead of paper towels. Especially, we always obey the waste
classification procedure.

Job Summary:
To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and
develop sales of Lotuss food ranges to major accounts and partners, in accordance
with agreed business plans.
Relationships: Able to communicate and motivate via written media. Understands
the principles of marketing and advertising cost-effectiveness, including market
sector targeting, product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling,
costper response, costper conversion, etc. Appreciates need for consistency within
company's branding and marketing mix, especially PR and the Internet. Experience

Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
2. Plan and carry out direct marketing activities (principally direct mail) to
agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.
3. Develop ideas and create offers for direct mail and marketing to major
accounts by main market sector and Lotus's products.
4. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, and personal
visits.
5. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned
