Poet and writer Larry Johnson published his first book of poems in the fall of 2009. His poems are intense with historical richness and thought provoking ideas. BG Medicine, a Massachusetts- based biotechnology research company, has developed an optimized assay for measuring galectin-3 in human serum or plasma. The intent is to bring this test to the market as an in vitro diagnostic. Medical Study Branding, Graphics | BG Medicine The branding of Galectin-3 is an important component of the packaging plan. Left, The Bio Image Study brings selected high risk individuals to participant in the study. The fast pace of the study required a travel- ing lab to visit 3 US locations and enroll over 7300 individuals in a 12-month period.
