(June 2015- December 2015) - As part of my requirement for my Master's program at Scranton University, I was required to fulfill 1000 hours in a management type role at a healthcare organization. -Coordinated a complete review of the human resources policy and procedure handbook in an effort to modernize company policies. -Designed a condensed version of the handbook solely for employees, including policies directly related to their everyday work responsibilities. -Conducted a complete corporate bylaw review in an attempt to restructure and consolidate corporate authority to facilitate decision-making among the group of physician owner/directors. -Developed a graphic representation of my newly proposed corporate structure. -Collaborated with insurance broker to present a modified Health Benefit Plan in an effort to limit spending while providing a quality health benefit plan to employees. -Teamed with marketing employee to improve my understanding and engineer an updated marketing framework. -Interacted with multiple physicians regarding CME tracking and recording. -Supervised physician usage of LYRA software in regards to addition information requests from outside coding company.
