This document categorizes potential problems that could arise in a group project into three categories - irritations/annoyances, minor problems, and major issues. For each potential problem, it provides a brief description and proposed solution. The problems range from difficulty waking up in the morning to more serious issues like performers not showing up or being unable to use the planned filming location. Corresponding solutions include setting alarms, sharing workloads, having backup plans, and doing research and advance planning.

CAT 1 : IRRITATIONS/ANNOYANCES PROBLEM SOLUTION CAT 2 : MINOR PROBLEMS PROBLEM SOLUTION I find it hard to get up in the morning. Set an alarm. Plan time effectively. Too much over planning might cause us to run out of time. I donʼt want to do an edit on my own. Weʼll share the editing process. Team becomes ill. Pray. Eat well and get enough sleep. Finding appropriate props could be difficult. We can compromise on some props, while still achieving the same effect. The video not having any conceptual meaning. Plan thoroughly. Research other video concepts. Youtube removing video b/c we donʼt own the rights. Make it clear that weʼre not claiming any ownership of the track. Group members live far away. Could end up doing everything alone. One member of the group has a car, so lifts can be organised. Work will be shared and split evenly. CAT 3 : MAJOR ISSUES PROBLEM SOLUTION Plan efficiently so we donʼt waste time. Camera technique might be hard to create. Research the technique and perfect it beforehand. Performers might not turn up. Make back up plan. Also plan meetings in advance for the performers. Not being able to use the space for the main scene. Select various locations, and get the go ahead before the filming day. Travel. People live far away. One of the group members has a car and would be happy to give lifts. Having a too ambitious idea. Plan in advance and accept that compromises might have to be made. Not very good at time keeping. Plan ahead and set alarms on phone. Weather raining on set. Most of filming is done inside. Pick alternative to outside if it rains. Find a good band for the lip sync. If no band can be found. Use semi talented friends/ family.
