K-6 teachers are invited to attend a summer workshop on August 22nd at Yorkdale School in Yorkton, Saskatchewan to learn how to use The Power of Ten resource to support curriculum outcomes for addition/subtraction and multiplication/division. The workshop will run from 8:30am to 3:00pm and cost $60, which includes lunch and snacks. Teachers can register by mailing a cheque payable to Good Spirit School Division to Susan Maserek at the provided address.

including : Power of Ten and Mastering the Basics Series. His most re-
cent series, Mathematics as a Teachable Moment covers the curriculum
as laid out by the Western Curriculum Consortium .
Trevor continues to present at many Mathematics and Brain conferences
across North America and currently serves as a consultant to school
districts throughout Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest.
