The document provides instructions for a writing exercise called "Power Writing" which is meant to build writing fluency. It involves choosing a topic, thinking of related words, and writing continuously about the topic for a set period of time. The instructions specify choosing a topic, thinking of connections to the topic, writing non-stop during the time given while switching topics or repeating words if getting stuck, counting and recording the number of words written, and repeating the process multiple times with optional sharing afterwards.
