Newton's First Law of Motion states that an object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force. It is also called the law of inertia. Newton's Second Law defines the relationship between the applied force, mass, and acceleration. It is expressed by the equation F=ma. Newton's Third Law states that for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

3. NEWTONS FIRST LAW OF MOTION
Every body continues its state of
rest or of uniform motion unless it is
compelled by an external unbalanced
force.
It is also called law of inertia..
5. The rate of change of momentum is
directly proportional to the
unbalanced external force and
change in momentum is in the
direction of force.
It defines the equation of force.
