This document analyzes the nutritional value of a meal consisting of beef, potatoes, and rice. It includes two tables showing the nutritional breakdown per 100g of each individual food item. It then calculates the total nutritional contribution of the full meal based on the amounts of each food included. The meal provides a total of 27.69g of carbohydrates, 36.54g of protein, and 8.510g of fat. This analysis was conducted as part of a university course on food industries.
