Introduction
o Mumbai Cricket Club, a cricket coaching academy based out of Mumbai
o Besides, coaching, conducts overseas tour, and organizes local cricket tournaments
o Centre of Excellence Camp, a 15-day camp based out of Mumbai
o Coaching from stalwarts – Mr. Wasim Jaffer, Mr. Vinayak Samant, Mr. Chaminda Vaas,
and Mr. Rangana Herath
o Selection of students for the camp were based on Trials
Purpose
• Learning and training from repute coaches
• Sharing a platform with the stalwarts
• Video Analysis Training
• Understanding International Cricket difference
• Socialising with other cricketers

Promote the camp and simultaneously bring in candidates across Mumbai to participate with five human resources and minimal budget

o Devised Marcom Strategy using Digital Marketing & BTL
activity
o Pitched to potential schools across the city
o Promoted through Email Marketing & Facebook
o Updated the website to announce the camp
o Content build across stalwarts and camp to keep engaged
o Build a database of prospective candidates from scratch by
making use of online form
o Performed Facebook-Live on the Trial Day
Human Resources
o Assigned and delegated tasks to the allocated resources with
optimal output
o Recruited an intern by job-posting, short-listing candidates,
and thereafter conducting an interview
o Ensured intern executed cross-functional roles through
orientation, training and assigning tasks
o Maintained lateral hierarchy throughout the period
o Handling of internship payment
o Sought Internship learning report

o Maximized Profit by using Digital Platform

cross-functional timeline to meet the number of participants
