This document provides guidance on interview techniques. It outlines an activity where students will role play mock interviews and discuss dos and don'ts. The document explains the typical employer recruitment process, from advertising vacancies to conducting interviews to making a job offer. It also lists best practices for interviews such as arriving early, researching the company, having good hygiene and dress, answering questions thoroughly, and avoiding behaviors like using phones or chewing gum during the interview. The goal is to help students understand the interview process and feel prepared for real interviews.
