This document describes different breathing exercises to help relax and reduce stress. It provides instructions for rabbit breathing involving quick inhales through the nose and slow exhale through the mouth. Bear breathing involves deep inhaling for 4 seconds, holding the breath for 2 seconds, and slow exhaling for 8 seconds while feeling the stomach. Lion breathing is similar but adds an exhale where the mouth is opened and the tongue stuck out while roaring. Guided relaxation has slow breathing while imagining a happy place and focusing on music. The exercises aim to relax the body and mind through conscious breathing.
