 The angle sleeve guide is a special design for valve pin sealing
function. When the gate closed , the angle surface guide the valve pin
to close the gate and no strong friction damage in sealing process.
 Other company no angle sleeve and easy to get the valve pin wear
down in long time processing which will cause the gate with burr and
flash defect.

 Valve pin not fully guided : The front end of pin have an accurate
guide and the end of pin located in a big hole to avoid compacting with
the hole . No metal chips create during sealing process .
 The angle feeding system get the liquid flowing smooth in the runner and
help to decrease the pressure lost .
