(c) Other equipment requirements :
(1)¡­
(2) After 31 December 2017, unless otherwise authorized
by Director General, no person may operate an aircraft
within Class A airspace, between FL290 to FL600 unless
that aircraft is equipped with the applicable ADS-B
equipment specified in Section 91.226.
Starting from 1 January 2020, unless otherwise authorized
by Director General, no person may operate an aircraft
within Class A from FL 245 up to FL 290 unless that aircraft
is equipped with the applicable ADS-B equipment specified
in Section 91.226.

Broadcast (ADS-B)
(a) If an aircraft carries ADS-B transmitting equipment for
operational use in Indonesian airspace, the aircraft shall
installed ADS-B transmitting equipment that minimum
meets the requirements in/equivalent with DO-260 or DO-
260a or DO-260b
(b) ADS-B transmitting equipment in Indonesian airspace must
transmit:
(1) A flight identification that corresponds exactly to
the aircraft identification mentioned on the flight
notification filed with ATC for the flight; or
(2) If no flight notification is filed for the flight, the
aircraft¡¯s registration mark; or
(3) Another flight identification directed or approved
by ATC.

SPECIFICATIONS
(1) General requirements
a. Nonejectableflight recorder containersshall:
(1) be painted a distinctive orange or yellow colour;
(2) carry reflective material to facilitate their location; and
(3) have securely attached an automatically activated
underwater locating device operating at a frequency of
37.5 kilohertz (kHz).At the earliest practical date, but not
later than 1 January 2018, this device shall operate for a
minimum of ninety days.
(4) Inspections of flight recorder systems
Prior to the first flight of the day, the built-in test features for
the flight recorders and flight data acquisition unit (FDAU),
when installed, shall be monitored by manual and/or automatic
checks.

? Pemenuhan requirement bagi pesawat udara registrasi Indonesia
yang belum dilengkapi NEW EQUIPMENTS tersebut diatas :
1. Sesuai dengan CASR part 21 subpart D Changes to Type
Certificates:
a. CASR 21.95 Approval of Minor Changes in Type Design.
Minor changes in a type design may be approved under a
method acceptable to the DGCA before submitting to the
DGCA any substantiating or descriptive data. (mengaplikasi
Alteration and Major Repair Approval dengan DGCA form 21-
09).
b. CASR 21.97 Approval of Major Changes in Type Design.
- Type Certificate Holder (Amendment Type Certificate,
SB,etc)
- Supplemental Type Certificate (Other than TC Holder,
accordance with CASR part 21, Subpart E)
