Prepares students for Microsoft Office Users Specialist certification in Word and Excel.
- 3. Why CIS should be required for all college freshman Most majors require the student to take English 101 and 102. English 101, English Composition I requires the writing of academic essays about 500 words focused on the interpretation of primary texts in conjunction with seminars and writing groups. English 102, English Composition II The second of a two-part sequence in English composition. It is a continuation of the study of effective use of language and the composition of longer papers. A substantial research paper is required at the conclusion of the class.
