 Introduction

Our mini company is called DIY Dye and we are selling a kit
to make your very own dip dyed studded shorts. We came
up with this idea as during the year dip dyed shorts have
become very popular among teenage girls, however are
very costly. We are providing a kit with everything you
need to make your own for a reasonable price. The kit
consists of two dyes, two packets of studs, two pieces of
sandpaper to distress the shorts, and an instruction
booklet that we manufactured. We are selling our kits
for 10, during our market research we discovered that
girls would pay up to 60 for a pair of these shorts in a
high street shop. Our product allows the customer to
make their own in a way that is much more cost efficient.
Each design will also be completely unique to the
customer. Our idea is turning something old into
something new. Old jeans and shorts are recycled into
something trendy and fashionable. We are also providing
the service of dyeing the shorts for the customer if they
wish for and additional 2, and giving them the remainder
  of the kit.
