This document provides a summary of aid activities conducted in September 2023 by a volunteer organization operating in Ukraine. 3. Help for the affected population of the Kherson region
In September, we managed to help more than 1,200 people who live in the city of
Kherson and within a radius of 30 kilometers.
Mainly food, water and clothing. There are also still places where there is no access to
high-quality drinking water, and we provide filters there for cleaning.
Various food - more than 25 tons
Water - 22 tons
Clothes, shoes and blankets - more than 3 tons
Hygiene kits - more than 500 pieces
Water filters - 11 filters
Wheelchairs 11 pieces
Purchase of several trucks of firewood for heating the affected residents of the
Kherson region
7. At night, September 25, in Kherson, our humanitarian
warehouse was attacked by Russian aircraft guided by an
aerial bomb. Thank God no one was hurt, but we lost
some part of our humanitarian cargo..
8. Help for the affected population of the Zaporizhzhia region
In September, we managed to help more than 1300 people living within a radius of
70 kilometers from Zaporizhia.
The assistance mainly consists of food, water and clothing.
Various food - more than 17 tons.
Water - 22 tons
Clothes, shoes and blankets - more than 4 tons.
Hygiene kits - more than 1000 pcs.
11. Evacuation of civilians from the Donetsk and
Zaporizhzhia regions
In September, we were able to evacuate 10 families from the Donetsk and
Zaporizhia region (zone 5-10 kilometers from the line of contact between troops).
These are mainly families with children and bedridden patients.
These were also people whose homes were destroyed as a result of air bombing
and artillery shelling.
14. Chaplaincy service to police officers and soldiers, as well
as their families in different regions of Ukraine
Our assistance to police officers and military personnel, as well as their families,
consists in the fact that we provide them with psychological training, family
consultations, help organize leisure time, and work with children.
We also visit hospitals for spiritual help and prayer support.
