1. Research about the company and position that you’d be interviewing for.
2. Most fresh graduates recruitment is in the order of
• Psychological test (2 – 3 hours)
• Interview (1/2 – 1 hour)
Therefore you’d have to eat breakfast and be fit for interview
3. Dress up for your interview (don’t be too fancy but professional)
Male
• Long Sleeve Shirt (white or coordinated with your suit/ blazer)
• Suit (Solid color – navy or black)
• Belt
• Tie
• Dark Socks, Conservative leather shoes
• Little or no jewelry
• Neat Hairstyle, trimmed your nails
Female
• Suit with blouse/ Shirt
• If you wear skirt. It should not be too short but comfortable and still professional
• Limited Jewelry
• Neutral Pantyhose
• Light Make up and perfume
• If you wear pantyhose, please keep it at neutral color
4. Bring CV/ Resume completed with all the supported document
What are the common questions in Interview?
1. What do you know about our company?
2. Why do you want to work in our company?
3. Why are you interested in the position that we are offering?
4. What is your plan in the next 5 years?
5. What is your strength and weakness?
6. How do you spend your weekend (spare time)?
7. Please tell me about your family?
8. They would also probe and ask more about your CV or resumes
9. Be Prepared to answer in English when your interviewer ask you questions in English.
Do not reply with Bahasa when they use English
