Survey findings reveal that 76% of the Kosovo population aged 18 and
above have been exposed to at least one of USAID Property Rights
Program outreach activities or products.

Through TV, PRP has reached the 53% of the population, followed by
Printed products (35%) and Radio (24%). Eighteen percent of the
population has been reached through Facebook , and around 16%
through billboards.The small group discussions have reached around
6% of the population.

When broken down by gender, results show that women lead in being

When broken down by ethnicity, results show that Albanians lead in
being reached through outreach activities (81%), followed by Roma,
Ashkali and Egyptians with 54%, Serbs 31%, and other non-majority
groups with an average of 47%.

The percentage of men with an affirmative attitude toward the equal
property rights of women and men has increased from 56% (Baseline,
2015) to 72% (Mid-term, 2017), for an increase of 16%.
The percentage of women with an affirmative attitude toward the
equal property rights of women and men has increased from 70%
(Baseline, 2015) to 75% (Mid-term, 2017), for an increase of 5%.

The percentage of women who know their rights has increased from
14% to 37% (a165 percent increase from baseline to mid-term).
The percentage of men who know their rights has increased from 40%
to 65% (a 63 percent increase from baseline to mid-term).

which leads with 25%, followed by Pristina with 16%, Gjakova/?akovica
14%, and Mitrovic?/Kosovska Mitrovica 10%.All other 34 municipalities
are below 10%.

The percentage of women with one or more properties registered in
their name has increased from 18% (Baseline, 2015) to 20% (Mid-term,
2017)

WOMEN’S PROPERTY OWNERSHIP
Approximately 9% of women own joint property, followed by 8.7% of
women owning property acquired by themselves and 7.5% of women
owning inherited property. Note:At least 5% of women own more than
one property.
