APPROACHES FOR GETTING BETTER QUALITY
-Train up Q.C team on 4 point fabric checking system.
-Adoption of 4 point system in gray and finish fabric checking .
-Then we had identified our faults in fabric.
-We had analyzed our fault
Means Find out Causes of faults and the remedies of faults .
-Then have been taken preventive action as to reduce or remove the fault percentage .
In this case we have used pareto analysis as to find out major defect which cover major portion of total fault.
-For Quality improvement we have a wish to implement six sigma
Where the acceptable range is 99.99966% and the defect rate is 3.4 out of one million .(implementation stage )
