Muscle saving is evident in these graphs with the use of SoxPro. Saving of this kind is a positive factor not only in terms of
improving performance but also and above all as a factor reducing injuries. The lesser muscular involvement is explained
by the lesser necessity of the central nervous system to activate motor units to obviate the slipping existing between foot
and shoe in some movements and as demonstrated by the improvement of motor execution times.

18. Conclusions;
The Sox Pro sock is a valid aid for Biomechanics, Preparators and allanatori
because it is a tool able to optimize performance reducing injuries
