1) The document summarizes a study on stress levels among staff at the International College of Technology & Professional in Perlis, Malaysia.
2) A questionnaire was distributed to 90 staff to collect data on demographics, work activities, and responses to 25 questions related to stress, anxiety, and depression.

2. INTRODUCTION
Work environment can lead to poor mental stress. Work a little pressure is
necessary to enhance productivity. If excessive pressure at work, it can have a
negative impact.
As a result of the work stress experienced professionals some symptoms
of stress that can threaten and disrupt the performance of work them, such
as irritability and aggression, can not relax, emotions not
stable, and attitudes did not want to work together.
Stress as a the notion of adapting the influence of individual differences and
psychological processes, as a consequence of action, situation or event that too
much to provide psychological and physical demands of a person. Therefore, it
can be concluded that work stress has arisen because of claims environment and
perceptions of each individual in the face can be different.
3. ABSTRACT
Staff at KATPM given a form in which they will be asked to fill
out and mark on the form. This form is the study of stress levels
among workers in KATPM. In the form there is some information
and respondents are required to mark in the boxes provided
examples such as age, race, gender, work, status, place of
residence, and 25 question of screening study among healthy mind
which has in that task.
All of that we do the graph based on screening score of stress,
anxienty and depression
4. PURPOSE OF STUDY
This study was conducted to identify the level of job
stress and practices dealing with work stress and the
causes that lead to stress among the personnel

27. LIMITATION
Studies conducted on the staff at the KATPM only
reflects the situation that exists only research
organization. The validity of these findings is dependent
on the integrity of respondent cooperation in surveys.
28. CONCLUSION
From the research we do can be concluded that we use
data 'Dass' to identify the levels
of stress, anxiety and depression among staff KATPM.
Using this method we can classify more about the level
of stress, anxiety and depression in
various categories including age, gender, department, res
idence,leisure time activities.
