This document discusses competency and capability assessment to improve business performance. It proposes a methodology using open standards to assess organizations on competencies, capabilities, culture, and more. Assessments would be done symmetrically between parties using online tools. The goal is to create an objective reputation measure of capabilities for delivering projects successfully.
