1. Church retreat at a beautiful area alongside a river and a short walk from a 100+
foot waterfall. We relaxed, played, learned about being stewards of our
environment and grew in relationship.

4. Bowling (with Jan and Mark (Laurie's parents)) is a rarity in the DR. USD $10 for an hour of
unlimited bowling for everyone, shoes included. (Rumors of half price day on
Wednesday...shhh)
5. Visiting Juan at the Pedro Brand home. Nick's long time friend since they met in
a Santiago orphanage. After "aging-out," he was moved to an adult facility. Next
time, he said we should bring brownies.

Vida (Bread of Life).
