This document outlines regulations for residential plotted housing developments, including maximum ground coverage percentages, floor area ratios (FAR), and number of dwelling units (DUs) allowed based on plot size. Plot sizes range from below 32 square meters to above 3,750 square meters. N.B. (1) Set back for dwelling house should be 50 feet from any boundary line of the
property.
(2) Where the property abuts an urban road, the dwelling house building should be
setback from the centre line of that road by 200 ft.' Where the property abuts a
village road,the building set back from the centre Jin~ of that road should be 100
feet.
3. (3) No dwelling unit should be built within tWQ furlongs of the right of any National
highway.
(4) In the case of special farms, for example, horse-breeding fam1s covering a large
area, Govenunent may allow a large coverage as may be considered necessary for
farm houses to be built on these farm.
