Indie rock is an extremely diverse genre that includes sub-genres like indie pop, jangle pop, and lo-fi music. It is defined by its independent record labels with small budgets and do-it-yourself attitudes of involved bands and artists. Indie rock videos commonly feature black and white aesthetics to convey a chilled, relaxed feeling and use special effects like smoke bombs, UV paint, and tube lights. This proposed video will be similar in depicting the indie rock genre but aims to do so in a more creative and original way.

Indie rock is extremely diverse, with sub-genres that include indie pop, jangle pop, indie rock C86, and lo-fi, among others. The term indie rock, derived from "independent," describes the small and relatively low-budget labels on which it is released and the do-it-yourself attitude of the bands and artists involved.
Our genre of music as already shown is indie/rock. Most of the indie genre video are black and white, which transfer the idea of being chilled and relaxed. You can usually see special effects such as smoke bombs, UV paint and tube lights. Our clip will be similar to clips of our genre, but nevertheless we will try to make it appear in a more creative and original way
Our music genre and ideas are similar to these two bands i.e. indie/rock. Our ideas and inspirations emerged from watching these bands playing.
