capital is what characterizes the style.
There is high motivation and the output of
high quality and high efficiency.
6. Democratic
Lets decide together
This is the most important and efficient
leadership style.
It encourages team work, ownership of
project as well as its failure and success and
most importantly team work.
7. Coaching
What did you learn? What would you do
differently? What can we improve on?
The followers take a learning work
environment and improve on the next
project.
Team work is realized and motivation leads
to better future assignments.
8. Pacesetting
If you cant do it right, Ill do it myself
The team learns from the more experienced
leader.
It prepares the team for a better performance
in future.
9. Coercive
Just do it the way I tell you to.
The military style.
may lead to low motivation, high discipline
and good work quality if working with a
cooperative team.
the leader must be having excellent
information or better informed than the
others.
The followers do not own the process and
only work as robots
10. No one leadership style is the sure cure for all
ills but a combination of all of them is best.
