Shiram is a community in Russia that was started in 1990 to lead transformational workshops and personal growth. In 1998, they organized the Game Master School to unite people seeking personal development. Shiram focuses on cultivating character strengths like wisdom, courage, humanity, justice, temperance, and transcendence. They develop talents like health, enthusiasm, strength, initiative, reflexivity, self-reliance, openness, purposefulness, creativity, kindness, and awareness.
