In Kenya, mass tourism has positive economic impacts like increased income and employment, but also negative impacts. It can cause inflation, overdependence on tourism, and damage the environment through pollution, erosion, and wildlife disturbance. To reduce these issues, Kenya can promote ecotourism by involving communities and adopting policies to encourage sustainable tourism.
