- 2. Objectives To provide secure and reliable platform to develop and deploy software for ACIIL
- 3. To provide back-end support in prospect of network and server issue.
- 4. To provide secure, authentic and robust server-client network system
- 5. To develop a shell script to avoid threat
- 6. Optimize the maximum resources of the system with secure and safe mode.

- 9. Work which we have done Hardware RAID(Redundant Array of Inexpensive Disks) 5 configuration (Learned)
- 10. Install and document the installation of host operating system as Debian 5.0 on HP ML-350 server.
- 11. Install and test the compatibility of OpenVZ kernel and associated pre-configured Debian template. Documented the issues faced and remedies at every step.
- 12. Work which we have done We have made 3 Virtual Private Server (VPS) as details is given below:.

- 18. Strengths and Advantages OpenVZ [4] is a Linux-based OS-level server virtualization technology. It is the open source basis of Virtuozzo, a commercial virtualization tool from SWsoft [18].
- 19. It allows creation of multiple secure, isolated virtual environments (VEs) on a single node enabling server consolidation.
- 20. Disadvantages In worst case if power supply of the server lost then all services or application running on the server will be stopped
- 21. If hardware Failure occurred then also hard to maintain all files and database and same will happened which is mention above
- 22. To handle the above situation we have very powerful ups backup and very reliable system.

- 26. File configuration for installation and settings. i.e. source.list file, sudoers file, menu.lst etc.

- 29. To install ssh(Secure Server Host) on server as well as desktop computera and to know how to use it securly.
