Role of MIS Nodal Officer
 Initially states have to send us the MIS Nodal Officer details
who will be the single point of contact for MIS related
activities and who will also act as the state level system
administrator.
 This state level system administrator will be given the
permission for creation of users of state/district/block levels,
assigning roles to created users, Identification of Blocks as
Intensive/Non-Intensive, Resetting the password of a user
who has forgotten the password, Unblocking the blocked user.

Role of MIS Nodal Officer
 Once a user is created a proper role has to be assigned to the
created user in order to enable him to work in the system with
the assigned role. Without a role assigned user wont be able
to even login in to the system.

Role of State level user
 A state level user can perform the following activities
1. Enter/Update Management Unit details.
2. Enter/Update Core Staff team details.
3. Enter/Update Key system approval dates.
4. Add Bank details subjected to the condition that the
bank proposed to add is having branches in multiple
districts of the same state, and not having branches
outside the state.

5. If in case the bank proposed to add, has branches in
multiple states then the state level user should inform the
MIS-NRLM system administrator for adding this bank as a
National level bank which can be accessed by users from
multiple states.

6. Add Bank Branch details subjected to the condition that
the branch proposed to add is being accessed by multiple
districts. Particularly in cases where the branch is
physically located on the border of two districts and is
accessible by both the districts.

7. NRLM Intensive, Non-Intensive and NRLP yearly
allocations (state level entries only).
8. NRLM Intensive, Non-Intensive and NRLP monthly
expenditure (state level entries only).

Role of District level user
 A district level user can perform the following activities
1. Enter/Update Management Unit details.
2. Enter/Update Core Staff team details.
3. Add Bank details subjected to the condition that the bank
proposed to add is having branches only in that district
and not in any other district in that state or in any other
state.

4. If in case the bank proposed to add has branches in
multiple districts then the district level user should inform

level bank which can be accessed by SHGs from multiple
districts.

from the same district and not by SHGs of any other

Banks and branches information
We have uploaded information related to 83 banks mostly
operating at the national level and information related to
66092 branches into the directory which would almost reduce
the necessity by 70%.

3. Manage Cluster.
4. Manage Village Organization
5. Manage PIP details.
