This will allow Miria Systems to focus on its core ActiveOps business automation solutions for accounting, finance, and HR, particularly for multi-location retailers. The transaction includes Miria's Engineering Management business and will provide a strategic fit for McLaren Engineering Group's portfolio, while allowing both companies to better align resources and expand in their core areas.

NORRISTOWN, PA, July 10, 2015/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Miria Systems today announced the
sale and licensing agreement of its Engineering Document Management business to McLaren
Engineering Group allowing Miria Systems to focus its continued growth in retail. The transaction
includes its Engineering Management business. Miria’s ActivOps applications will remain the core
business for Mira Systems and will be the focus of their continued growth in business process
automation solutions.
“The divestiture of our Engineering Management business will allow us to focus on our core strength
and success which is our highly configurable on-premise or Cloud-based ActiveOps platform. We
are seeing and increased demand from operationally dispersed, but centrally managed retail
companies to automate the management of their traditionally paper-driving accounting, finance and
HR business processes,” said Martin Michael, CEO of Miria Systems.
Miria systems has an established leadership presence in the retail industry for Financial and HR
automation solutions with their iconic brands such as Active Pay, Active Expense, Active Ledger and
Active HR.
The licensing agreement allows McLaren to build on its already successful engineering business and
for Miria to focus on the retail industry for multi-location retailers who are centrally managed.
