         LDV1k25-ISM, Excellence and Innovation
             RES-Ingenium new High Power Ultra rugged pallet
   for Industrial, Scientific and Medical application, available for massive manufacturing


Orvieto, February 2013,

RES-Ingenium, with the new LDV1k25-ISM, keeps moving to a new line of pallets specifically
designed for Industrial and Scientific application.

The goal is to take full advantage of the performances offered by the new generation of the ultra
rugged LDMOS power devices available today, like the FREESCALE MRFE6VP61k25H. The new
pallet size will still allow the OEM to combine, into 19"rack, 4 pallets in parallel.

The LDV1k25-ISM can provide >2,3kW pulsed RF Power on a selected frequency within the range
of 80 to 120MHz and is capable to withstand an output mismatch as high as 65:1 !!!
