IDENTIFY REASONEXPLAIN REASONPROVIDE EVIDENCE People have to takes Risks for others. It is better to kill a murderer than people who are going to kill innocent people.quot; If we execute murderers and there is in fact no deterrent effect, we have killed a bunch of murderers. If we fail to execute murderers, and doing so would in fact have deterred other murders, we have allowed the killing of a bunch of innocent victims. I would much rather risk the former. This, to me, is not a tough callJustice should be served.If someone kills human beings recklessly and in a demoinc manner, shouldn't it be that the fair justification is to give them death themselves?quot; The fundemental principle of justice is to give a punishment suitable for the crime or that fits the crimequot; It is a Crime Deterrent.Sometimes there is need for more than just life in jail to keep crimes at a low, by spreading awareness , we could somehow deter criminals from doing crimes.DNA Testing or Modern Science/With more advanced Crime Scene Investigation tactics, it is much more easier to catch the criminal than the innocent.<br />ARGUMENTS FOR THE DEATH PENALTY<br />
