- 5. Dream Stage Looking into the future and seeing the problem solved. ‘What is’ to the possibilities of ‘what could be’. Cultivate creativity, innovation and imagination
- 8. Deliver Stage Two components of the Deliver Stage. Produce and Implement. Put the plan into action. Complete the process of solving the problem which we originally defined.
- 10. Debrief Stage Most important part of the six Ds. Reflection. Look over the product and process. How could the product and process be made better now or next time?
