This document proposes a solution to common problems customers face with online shopping. It discusses developing a website that consolidates products from different sites in one place to make shopping more convenient. The project was completed successfully and met all requirements. Testing showed the software works efficiently, with a user-friendly interface, reduced errors, and provisions to upgrade. Deliverables include both tangible costs and benefits like hardware, salaries, improved performance as well as intangible costs and benefits like customer satisfaction and company reputation.

organization. The constraints are met and overcome successfully. The system is
designed as like it was decided in the design phase. The project gives good idea on

The system is very flexible and versatile. This software has a user-friendly screen that
able the user to use without any inconvenience. Validation checks induced have
greatly reduced errors. Provisions have been made to upgrade the software. The
application has been tested with live data and has provided a successful result. Hence
the software has proved to work efficiently.
Deliverables
Deliverable is used in project management to describe a tangible or intangible object
produced as a result of the project that is intended to be delivered to a customer (either
internal or external) .
Tangible cost- Tangible cost can be measured eg H/W costs, salaries for
employees, S/W cost.
Tangible benefits-Improved response time, producing error free outputs are all
tangible benefits.
Intangible cost- Whose value can not be measured is referred as intangible
costs. Eg the cost of break down of an online system during banking hours will
cause the bank deposits.
Intangible benefits- More customer satisfaction, improved company status are
all intangible benefits.
