This document is the proceedings of the 10th International Symposium on Technetium and Rhenium Science and Utilization held from October 3-6, 2018 in Moscow, Russia. It contains over 500 pages of papers presented at the symposium on various topics related to technetium and rhenium science including chemical thermodynamics, catalysis, production methods, and spectroscopic studies of technetium and rhenium complexes. The proceedings were published in Russian in 2018 by Publishing House Granica and include welcome addresses from the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education as well as selected papers on technetium and rhenium research.
