12 Water Treatment Solution
FOCUST BT-99P Boiler Treatment scale prevention agent containing a special mixture with decomposition and separation methods of phosphate to prevent deposit on boilers. Phosphate is used to settle Calcium Hardness solution in boiler water. Interface decomposition and separation of floating solids of any kind, attached to the surfaces in the boiler. This product is recommended for high-pressure boiler Benefit - Easy to use - Economic - Good Scale Preventer - Reduce Fuel Consumption 13 Application FOCUST BT- 99P must be used continuously in a closed boiler. It is preferable kept in a steam drum, although the application in the pre- boiler or feed water line is also allowed. Maintenance dosage is 30- 50 ppm phosphate as PO4 in the boiler water. FOCUST BT-99H Boiler Treatment FOCUST BT-99H is a hydrazine solution use as an oxygen scavenger in boiler feed water. This product incorporates organic catalyst of superior quality to speed up reaction event at a very low temperature. FOCUST BT-99H it doesn`t produce dissolved solid therefore does not increase blowdown. This feature is very important for high pressure boiler where dissolve solid should be at the lowest level Benefit - Easy to use - Economic - Reduce Fuel Consumption 14 Application A continuous dose of FOCUST BT- 99H via a chemical metering pump is a strongly preferred. The required dose of FOCUST BT-99H depends on operation condition from the system containing 0.1 1.0 ppm on treatment for boiler water. FOCUST CL-401 Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor FOCUST CL-401 is Liquid compound containing corrosion inhibitors and sequestering agents. It can be used for water scale and corrosion protection for all closed fresh water circulation systems such as : Diesel engine cooling water systems Compressor cooling water systems Central heating systems Benefit Prevents scale deposition Protection against rusting and corrosion Increases heat transfer efficiency Non Chromate Product 15 Application Initial treatment recommendation for newly filled system is 1 litre of FOCUST CL-401 per 100 litres of fresh water in the system. 19 FOCUST 505 Defoamer DEFOAMER 5050 is active defoamer emulsion which developed for pulp mill specially in washing operation or other process where foam appear too much. DEFOAMER 5050 is more efficient than conventional defoamer, reduced additive to the system and also reduced pitch problem. DEFOAMER 5050 is good dispensability product and very environmental friendly because of inert reaction with chlor in bleaching stage as a DBD and DBF precursor Physical Properties - Appearance : Milky white emulsion - Chemical Composition : Emulsion of silfoam - Ionic Character : Non Ionic - Specific Gravity : 1.01 賊 0.05 g/ml Application Added into system by dosing pump, the optimum quantity and addition are determined by trial.
