The community is open to product developers, managers, marketers and anyone interested in improving product skills. Core values include operating as a participant community where members share experiences to benefit each other, and conducting events in an "unconference" style to foster networking and interactive learning. The vision is to be the premier product event in the DC area where professionals can openly discuss challenges in an engaging forum.
