This document discusses the design of an interactive digital partograph application to assist nurses in monitoring labor in low-resource settings. It outlines research conducted to understand the context of use, entry of monitoring parameters, critical points in labor, and information architecture. Wireframes and paper prototypes were developed and sample screens show time-based information retrieval and interactions. The goal is to design an application that supports nurses in high-pressure situations without adequate facilities.

Study of parameter entry situations
This is a three-tier graphic explaining
1. The various parameters to be recorded,
2. The frequency at which they are to be recorded
3. The action that needs to be performed by the nurse to record it
This study was done to ensure that we understand the actual physical movement
of recording a parameter by the nurse and the 鍖nal interaction/product doesnt
hamper the same physical movement.
