 Assist in step by step case development to test functionality of software changes and upgrades

contractors in accordance with the Naval Aviation Maintenance Polices and regulations
 Direct the scheduling, coordination, and execution of all application functionality for NALCOMIS
system upgrades and installations
 Coordinate and schedule training events with Navy and Marine Corps Units
 Provide over 4,000 hours of training in all aspects of NALCOMIS functionality to all Navy and
Marine Corps Aviation Units reducing the amount of trouble calls
 Member of the Fleet Guidance Team making recommendations for policy changes that will
improve maintenance documentation and use of the NALCOMIS system
 Review new maintenance policy for relevance and effectiveness

 Led initiative to implement LEAN, 5S, and Six Sigma principles in the Maintenance Admin
division to resolve issues, identify root cause and streamline all processes
