Over the past 25+ years, Grant has worked across diverse industry sectors including,
telecommunications, software/high-tech, professional services, recruitment, healthcare, hospitality, as
well as consulting to a systems supplier to the Federal government.
Currently, Grant is the Senior Partner and Program Governance Consultancy Head for Progressive
Intelligence, Inc., a management consultancy in business strategy, program governance, and
operations with offices in the US, UK and India. Built on over 25 years of experience, Grant leads
the global Program Governance Consultancy practice to deliver immediate value through a focused,
measurable approach, treating projects as corporate investments – Portfolio Management,
Stakeholder Communications, and Change Management are the focus of this consultancy practice.
Most recently, as VP of Professional Services at This Technology, Inc., Grant defined post-
contract customer support operations and ensured implementation in Comcast Wholesale, following
the acquisition of This Tech. He also led international and domestic pre-sales activities (scoping,
pricing, proposal participation, meetings, presentations, etc.) in support of the sales team. In a
12-month period, the processes and procedures implemented by Grant resulted in a $6M
growth of Professional Services revenues and a 60% - 65% margin contribution on all projects.
Grant has held several senior management and C-level positions. Recently, Grant was the
Interim-CEO for a group of ten privately-held technology product and services companies located in
the US, UK/Europe, UAE, and India. As the Interim-CEO, he established critical business
discipline in the areas of business planning; alignment of sales and marketing; ROI-based
decision making; and performance-driven hiring. Compensation, and key performer retention.

 Managed a 3-year, resource utilization program, improving utilization from 50% to 70%,
transforming Services Margin from -35% to +19%, and re-engineering the global, SAP-based
supply chain to improve customer service and delivery efficiency.
 Managed a 3-year, $100M+ global CRM/ERP application program, with 6 additional business
initiatives (including the deployment of a global voice/data IP network to 60 locations
worldwide) across 3 offshore suppliers, saving 10% in budgeted program costs.
